The Great Lock-In chaLLENGE
A 30-Day Challenge for Women to Pursue Goals, Build Connections, and Have Fun Together Along the Way.
Monday, October 12, 2026 - Tuesday, November 10, 2026
Registration closes Sunday, October 11 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
“Lock-In” Defined
To focus your time and energy on something that matters to you and take intentional steps toward making it happen.
the challenge
Inspired by the viral social media movement, The Great Lock-In challenges us to stop procrastinating, reduce distractions, and take action toward the things we desire before the year ends.
Whether you’re getting healthier, building better habits, working on a business, or finishing something you’ve been putting off, you choose what you want to focus on and lock in for 30 days to make it happen.
During the challenge, we’ll connect through weekly virtual meetups, share progress in our private Facebook community, and enjoy some fun group outings along the way.
You bring your goals, and we’ll bring the connection and encouragement- because working toward the things you want is much more fun when you have other women cheering you on.
how it works
YOUR GOALS. YOUR COMMITMENTS. OUR SUPPORT.
Every woman’s Great Lock-In will look different. You’ll choose one meaningful goal, or a few related goals, to focus on over the next 30 days. Whether you want to strengthen your health, build your business, or finish an important project, your goals should reflect what you genuinely need in this season.
You don’t have to work on every area of your life at once. Choose what matters to you, make weekly commitments, and work toward your goals with support and accountability from the women alongside you.
01
CHOOSE YOUR GOALS
DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE PROGRESS ON.
What would make a meaningful difference in your life right now? You might focus on physical fitness, better routines, nurturing friendships, decluttering your space, saving consistently, advancing your career, or finally bringing an idea to life.
Choose a goal that matters to you, and picture what progress could realistically look like over the next 30 days.
Ask yourself: What do I want to change, strengthen, or accomplish during this challenge?
02
MAKE WEEKLY COMMITMENTS
TURN YOUR GOALS INTO INTENTIONAL ACTION.
Each week, choose specific, manageable actions that move you toward your goals. That might mean scheduling three workouts, setting aside time for a project, cleaning your closet, reviewing your spending, or making plans with a friend.
Choose actions that fit your life while challenging you to make progress. Small, consistent steps help you build momentum throughout the 30 days.
Ask yourself: What will I commit to doing this week to move forward?
03
CHECK IN & KEEP GOING
STAY CONNECTED AS YOU FOLLOW THROUGH.
Our weekly virtual meetups and private Facebook community give you a place to share wins, talk through challenges, ask for support, and get to know the women participating alongside you.
You’ll have encouragement through the ups and downs, and women to celebrate your accomplishments with along the way.
Ask yourself: What’s working, what needs adjusting, and what support would help me keep going?
WHO IT’S FOR
YOUR OWN GOALS. WOMEN IN YOUR CORNER.
The Great Lock-In is for women who want to make progress on the things that matter most to them while being in community with other women along the way.
You don’t need a perfect plan or to have everything figured out to join us. Just bring something you want to work toward, an openness to connecting with other women, and a willingness to show up for yourself and each other.
If you’re looking for encouragement, shared motivation, and opportunities to make new connections while pursuing your goals, we’d love to have you join us.
The Great Lock-In is for…
The woman who wants to finally get started on something she’s been putting off.
The woman who enjoys a shared challenge while working toward her own goals.
The woman who wants to make time for what matters to her over the next 30 days.
The woman who is building healthier habits, growing a business, or working on a personal project.

WHY I’M LEADING THIS CHALLENGE
Hi, I’m Krissy Fields, a Certified Life Coach who genuinely loves bringing women together and connecting them with the people, resources, and opportunities that can help them achieve their goals.
When I saw The Great Lock-In gaining momentum on Instagram, I knew I wanted to join in. I have goals of my own that I’m ready to give more time and attention to, and I thought, why not invite other women to do this with me?
So I decided to create this group as a place for women to pursue our own personal goals while enjoying connection and support from one another as we work toward the things that matter most to us.
I’m not leading this challenge as someone who has everything figured out. I’m locking in alongside you, working toward my own goals, joining the conversations, and sharing both the wins and the challenges I face along the way.
My role is to organize our meetups, keep our community connected, and make space for us to support one another through this group. I love seeing what happens when women share their strengths, exchange resources, and cheer each other on.
If you’ve been wanting to make time for something that matters to you and meet other women along the way, I’d love to have you join us.
